  • Prk (Photorefractive keratectomy) Is performed to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism with the most precise laser technologies including Wavefront and Topography guided ablation profiles

  • The procedure takes about 1 minute per eye and is done with topical anesthesia

  • PRK is also known no flap lasik, Epi lasik and advanced surface ablation

  • PRK typically requires 3-4 days recovery
